Good Morning Bobcats!

Lockers:
Make sure all students have your lockers cleaned out of garbage and or food items etc by the end of the day THURSDAY.
Dance Notes:
Any students who have a dance sign in, take the payment for that to the office at first break.Hailey Berna Please note that sign-in for dance is closed, if you have not handed in your sheet, it is too late, and we will not be accepting any others. No exceptions.
Travel Club:
There will be an important meeting for any students interested in traveling to Scotland and England with Mr. Strickey this Thursday at noon in the art room. This meeting is for both students who have completed their application as well as any new students who are interested in traveling to Europe. We will be releasing sign-up details at the meeting.
Art Club:
There will be art club today.
Student Services:
Occupational Health and Safety Leadership Program at our school. Each participant who completes the program could receive up to $800 with a chance to earn more! For more information, go to the WCB website, click on the hard hat, look for Young Workers and then click “Programs, Contest and Awards.” Applications are due January 22, 2025, so find a partner and apply today! Applications available in Student Services!
ADP Students:
Bluefield would like to welcome best selling author Patti Larsen to our school today!
All ADP students are reminded of the writing workshop with Patti Larsen today. Please head to the reading room off of the library after these announcements.
Student Council
Tickets are NOW ON SALE for our Snowflake Soirée, a holiday dance at Bluefield High School on December 19th from 6:30-9:30. Tickets are $5 each.
Locker Decorating Contest! Show some holiday spirit and decorate your locker. Submit a photo of your fully decorated locker by dm-ing the Bluefield Bobcats Instagram! Each locker will go head to head on the Instagram Story until a winner is crowned!
Cafeteria:
Today December 17, the cafeteria will be serving a turkey dinner as the second option meal. It will consist of Turkey, cornbread stuffing, gravy, green beans, homemade cranberry sauce and garlic mashed potatoes.
