Good Morning - it is day 2
Student Fees:
Student Fees are now overdue. Please pay ASAP - $40 per student, $60 per family.
Bobcat Buzz:
Newspaper meeting today at 12noon in room 273! All are welcome
Travel Club:
Have you ever dreamt of riding the canals of Venice, shopping in Florence, visiting the Colosseum in Rome, seeing the Sistine Chapel, not to mention the best Gelato in the world? Well, here is your chance. Mr. Strickey will be taking a group of students to Italy this coming June. There will be an important information meeting for all interested students on Friday, September 26th, in the Art room at 12 noon.
Crib Club:
Will be happening today at the beginning of lunch in room 223, feel free to bring your lunch along!
Art Club:
Bluefield Art Club will be starting up again this Today from 3:30 to 5 pm. You do not have to be an art student to join the art club. All students are welcome. The club works on large and small projects for spaces around the school and in classrooms. There is always good food, good music, and good times.
Improv Team:
There will be a brief meeting for anyone interested in competing with the Bluefield Improv Team on Thursday at the start of lunch in Mr. Brehaut’s room, 123.
Board Game Cafe:
Do you love board games or card games? We’ve got you covered. Bring your lunch and come join us on the NEW day Thursdays at 11:40 in Room 213 for the Board Game Cafe.
Orange Shirt Day:
Bluefield will be having our Orange shirt day next Monday, Sept 29th in our support of the global conversation on all aspects of Residential Schools where and an opportunity to create meaningful discussion about the effects of Residential Schools and the legacy they have left behind.
Heavy Equipment Simulator:
Mr. Peck will be allowing students some time on the heavy equipment simulator in the conference room at lunch.

Science/Math Tutors:
The Science/Math Hub will be open to students starting next Tuesday. Bring your lunch and work on math or science with peer and teacher support. The Hub will be open Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays in room 213. Maybe you want to review previous material or understand a new concept better. Feel free to pop by! All are welcome!
Opportunity in Social Studies for students in grade 10, 11 and 12:
Applications are now available in Student Services for the Rotary Youth Parliament for Grade 10, 11, or 12 students and the Legislative Assembly Page Program for Grade 11 or 12 students. Fly tying & fly fishing course:
The Central Queens Branch of the PEI Wildlife Federation will be starting a fly tying and fly fishing course for beginners. Please visit their facebook page for more information.
