Prom Committee:
Grade 12 students that signed up wanting to be a part of the Prom committee or any other Grade 12 student interested are asked to meet Wednesday April 17 at 12 noon in room 269 (Mrs McKenna’s classroom) for a quick meeting. If you are unable to make it, but are interested in being a part of this committee, please see Ms Auld in Student Services. 

 

Our second blue bistro will be tomorrow, April 16th! This dish will include delicious chicken parmesan with al dente linguine, a side of two extra cheesy french garlic bread, and to finish it a decadent homemade strawberry shortcake. All this for only 12 dollars! You can pay in the office starting today and  exact change is appreciated. 

 

Freezie sales begin today!! The Inclusive Ed Dept will be selling freezie everyday at lunchtime for $1.00 each. All proceeds will go to Easter Seals.

 

Student Council:
Hey bobcats dust off your flannels and cowboy boots because Bluefield is having our very own BBMF(Bluefield Bobcat Music Festival). Show off your best jigs and line dances on Thursday the 25th from 6-8 for this honky tonk dance. Tickets will be sold in the student lobby starting the 16th (tomorrow!) for 10$ and 15$ for sign ins, sign ins must be submitted by April 23 to allow entry into the dance! Hope to see all that true bobcat spirit on the dance floor! If you buy one of the first 150 tickets you will receive a bluefield blue country bandana, so get you tickets early!

2024 CFPEI Community Foundation Scholarships Deadline:  APRIL 15TH, 2024.  Scholarships are posted on the Student Services Website under Scholarships and Bursaries.

Flag Football: boys will begin tomorrow the 16th in the gym from 3:30-5. Girls will practise on Wednesday from 3:30-5:00 Athletes should come with proper gym clothes and indoor sneakers .


DELF : There will be an oral comprehension DELF practice at 11:45 Wednesday in room 149. Bring your lunch! 


Congrats to the Bluefield Girls Ice Hockey team who captured the high school championship this past weekend in a thrilling 3-2 shootout win! Great job ladies!

 

UPEI Bachelor of Integrated Studies (BIS) Information Sessions Would having a university degree give you more opportunities? UPEI's Bachelor of Integrated Studies program is specifically designed for mature learners who are looking to earn a university degree. Students may study in Arts, Business or Science and pursue studies either part-time or full-time. The Bachelor of Integrated Studies at the University of Prince Edward Island places the unique needs of adult learners in focus, with a distinct entry point, ongoing learner support, choice of courses to meet employment requirements and personal interests. To learn more about the Bachelor of Integrated Studies degree program at the University of Prince Edward Island, you are invited to attend one of the live online events. This will include general information and guidance on completing your application. Attendees will be given a promo code to have their application fee waived ($50 CAD value).
